On my last CD, Wellspring Within, I wrote a song for my oldest daughter, called “Lauren’s Pony Ride”. Alison was not yet born, and I have been patiently waiting to write and dedicate a song to her. I wrote a lyrical version of this song a couple of years back and decided to record and instrumental version for this CD. Alison loves the saxophone and was thrilled to have Joe Zarr as well as Matt Vacanti and Loren Barrigar add their special touches to the track.
